I’d like to issue a challenge: for you to express your metaphysical tenets in such detail that the uninitiated would feel as though they were sitting right next to you on your train of thought.
I encourage anyone and everyone to give it a genuine try, without the intention of submission. Even if you do not typically think of yourself as a great wordsmith, the process and practice of intentionally crystalizing your thoughts and feelings into a solid linguistic artifact tends to help with your own understanding of what you thought you knew. The artifact you create has a philosophical shape and often that shape doesn’t look quite right upon first inspection. We think we know what the shape is supposed to look like in our minds, but as we manifest it on the page we find that we didn’t have as clear an understanding of it as we initially thought. And that is where the real writing process begins, with amending the previous understanding of our own insights and giving them a structure that provides that philosophical shape with consistency.
Take great care with your words - choose each one carefully - and create a piece of language art that you can be proud of.
